Tell us what you have cooking.

A brief isn’t necessary. A paragraph about what’s stuck is more use to us than a scoping document, and it’s easier to write. Leave anything blank that you don’t know yet — nothing below is a qualification round.

What happens next
  1. It gets read properly.

Tom reads these himself, usually the same day. A reply within one business day either way, including when the answer is no. Nothing sits in an inbox for a week.

  2. 30 minutes on a call.

The goal, the constraints, and the timeline. It costs nothing, and if we’re not the right studio for it we’ll say so on that call and point you somewhere better.

  3. A written proposal.

If it’s a fit: scope, schedule, and a fixed fee, inside three business days. What is explicitly not included is in there too, because that is the line every project argues about later.

  4. Nothing is billed until you’ve signed it.

Every step before that costs you a call and an email.
